Small tornado hits Green Turtle Cay

ABACO - In the midst of festivities at Green Turtle Cay on May 3 a waterspout made landfall on the north side of the island, causing damage to two homes before dissipating.
No one was injured during the event.
Moments after the completion of the opening ceremony of the Ninth Annual Island Roots Heritage Festival the waterspout was spotted north of Green Turtle Cay.
